Program Description: We send SMS messages to users who explicitly opt in via our website forms. We use two separate, optional, and unchecked-by-default checkboxes to collect consent. Users may receive the following types of messages:

  • Non-marketing messages: Quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notifications, service updates, and review requests.
  • Marketing messages: Discounts, special offers, and promotional campaigns.

5. Appointments, Access and Cancellations

You agree to provide our technicians with access to the property at the scheduled appointment time, along with access to necessary utilities such as water and electricity. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing all fragile, valuable, or breakable items before our technicians arrive. We ask that you remove small furniture, clutter, and personal belongings from the areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for moving heavy or large furniture unless previously agreed upon. Pets and children should be kept away from the cleaning area for their safety.

7. Stains, Damage and Service Limitations

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, spots, or odors, particularly permanent stains or pre-existing damage. We are not liable for pre-existing wear and tear, color fading, loose seams, or structural weaknesses that may become apparent during or after the cleaning process.

8. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment as communicated by our technicians or staff.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including unauthorized access to our servers or network.

10. Intellectual Property
